This website monitors the progress made by governments to promote gender equality in both OECD and non- OECD countries and provides good practices based on analytical tools and reliable data. 

OECD Gender Data Portal

The OECD Gender Data Portal includes selected indicators shedding light on gender inequalities in education, employment, entrepreneurship, governance, health and development, showing how far we are from achieving gender equality and where actions is most needed. The data cover OECD member countries, as well as partner economies including Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, and South Africa.


OECD Roundtable on Better Governance for Gender Equality

Gender institutional experts from OECD countries will be brought together to promote an enhanced understanding of the importance of gender-sensitive policy-making across different areas of government. The Roundtable on Better Governance for Gender Equality will be co-hosted by the government of Iceland in Reykjavik from May 17-18.
