Marc Fuster is an Analyst in CERI’s Trends Shaping Education and 21st Century Children projects. He previously worked on the Governing Complex Educations Systems (GCES) and Strategic Education Governance (SEG) projects. He comes from the Bofill Foundation in Barcelona. He holds a MA in ‘Current Democracies: nationalism, federalism and multiculturality’ and a BA in political science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). Prior to joining OECD, he has worked in the Catalan Department of Education as policy analyst and the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).
