Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a diverse group of chemicals with unique properties used widely in applications and products. Because of their unique characteristics such as high persistence in the environment and accumulation in humans, these chemicals are raising global concerns. There is growing interest by regulators across countries to address legacy and novel PFAS. The OECD plays a key role in sharing information about PFAS and promoting a shift towards safer alternatives.
The OECD webinar series on PFAS brings experts together to share information on PFAS. These free webinars are open to the general public and participants are welcome to pose questions during the Q&A segment. Video recordings of our webinars are made available online afterwards.
