This working paper analyses the level and quality of official development assistance and other official financial flows for refugee situations in low- and middle-income countries over 2022-2023. Reflecting on long-term trends, it aims to inform the tracking of progress towards the objectives of the Global Compact on Refugees on burden- and responsibility-sharing.
