With the rise of emerging development co-operation partners, the importance of Triangular co-operation as a modality to complement strengths of different development partners and bring innovative and flexible solutions attracts more attention. The development co-operation community confirmed this conception in the Second High-level UN Conference on South-South Co-operation (BAPA +40) in March 2019, and now they are in the phase of implementing its outcome.
