Comprehensive in scope, the profiles cover 33 Development Assistance Committee (DAC) members, 28 other official providers, and 28 private philanthropic providers. Enhancing transparency and accountability to international commitments, each profile offers insights into how development finance is used — from poverty and geographic focus to priority sectors, multilateral and civil society partnerships, and the use of private sector instruments. Interactive charts and information on the organisation and structure of each provider’s system allow users to compare and benchmark performance.
Development co-operation profiles

Bilateral ODA by income group
Official development assistance (ODA) allocations differ significantly across countries, regions and income groups. Tracking ODA to least developed countries (LDCs), for example, helps understand whether the most vulnerable countries are receiving the support needed to meet their development goals and overcome structural challenges.
The chart shows which income groups receive the most support, from whom, and allows to identify gaps—and opportunities—for making concessional development finance more targeted on countries most in need.
