Environment and development

The DAC Network on Environment and Development Co-operation (ENVIRONET) promotes and facilitates the integration of environment and climate change into all aspects of development co-operation.

Climate and Environment Development Finance

‌We monitor development finance for climate change and environmental purposes, working jointly across ENVIRONET and the DAC Working Party on Development Finance Statistics (WP-STAT) to improve the quality, coverage and communication of our data.

Climate Change and Development

Development and climate change are intrinsically linked. Developing countries are particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change - environmentally, economically and socially. Recognising this, the OECD works to integrate effective adaptation into development co-operation through collaboration between the development and environment communities.
