The following Programmes, Courses, and Modules represents a selection of first-priority and second-priority topics suggested for the Maltese government based on an assessment of skills which would be needed to carry out proposed functions in 1) a centralised unit and 2) ministerial units for supporting strategic foresight and anticipatory innovation.
