Open Research Europe is the European Commission’s publishing Platform, providing all Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and Euratom beneficiaries and their researchers with the option of an easy, high quality peer-reviewed venue to publish their papers open access, at no cost to them (no author fees), and in full compliance with the European Commission’s open access policies. Currently, Open Research Europe publishes articles in the English language only. Articles are published under a CC-BY license for publications and a CC-0 license for data. Publications are public within a few days of submission, followed by an open peer review process.

The report outlines plans for a sustainable and robust platform, including the organization of workshops and webinars to introduce the platform to relevant stakeholders and provide training.
