The report was developed by the Research and Innovation Careers Observatory (ReICO) team, which forms part of the Secretariat to the OECD Working Party of National Experts on Science and Technology Indicators (NESTI) within the Science and Technology Policy (STP) Division of the OECD Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI).
