This Annex provides an overview of the outcomes of a stakeholder survey conducted to prepare the Step 4 of the Framework implementation. The objective was to collect insights on financial instruments and enabling conditions for discussion at the third Project Meeting in Bangkok (15 May 2025). The outcomes presented below are based on the results of around 25 respondents (Figure A H.1).
