08/09/2025 – The Global Forum Secretariat held a virtual training session on 4 September 2025 for 156 officials from Ukraine’s State Tax Service (STS) on how to effectively run the exchange of information (EOI) function.
This virtual workshop aimed to provide a practical understanding of how a functioning and well-resourced EOI function should be managed. The discussions focused on best practices and strategies for organising and operating a modern and effective EOI function.
The training contributes to Ukraine’s efforts to strengthen its EOI infrastructure and to enhance its compliance frameworks and strategies that are critical for domestic resource mobilisation.
