The 2026 edition of OECD Tourism Trends and Policies analyses tourism performance and policy developments across 53 OECD and partner countries. It explores how governments are adapting policy action to strengthen resilience and deliver more balanced economic, social, and environmental outcomes in an uncertain and changing landscape. The report emphasises the need for flexible, co-ordinated policy approaches to put tourism on a more sustainable, resilient and competitive path, and presents data and evidence on the scale, structure and significance of the tourism economy.
