The OECD International Network on Financial Education (OECD/INFE) co-ordinates the International Survey of Adult Financial Literacy, Inclusion and Well-Being every three to four years. The survey measures levels of financial literacy (covering the dimensions of knowledge, behaviour and attitudes) and digital financial literacy across and within countries. It also collects evidence on financial inclusion, financial resilience and financial well-being. This document contains the questionnaire designed to collect internationally comparable data among adults in 2025-2026, as well as methodological notes.
