OECD comparative analysis based on the OECD well-being framework is informed by a set of more than 80 indicators. Figure A A.1 summarises Korean data availability against the indicators of the OECD Well-being Framework, showing – by indicator and dimension – whether data exist for each year since 1996, as of March 2025. Green cells denote available data for Korea, red cells identify data year gaps for Korea where data are available for other OECD countries, light red indicates gaps due to irregular data collection across countries (such as for voter turnout or time use indicators); and grey denotes gaps common to all OECD countries. Details and definitions of all the OECD Well-being indicators, are available at https://www.oecd.org/content/dam/oecd/en/topics/policy-sub-issues/measuring-well-being-and-progress/oecd-well-being-database-definitions.pdf.
