Annex D. Contextualising indicators for selected HSPA indicators

Contextualising indicators are those outside of the HSPA framework that can be used to contextualise or complement analyses of the HSPA indicators. Section 3.2 highlights each of the contextual indicators listed in Table A D.1 in a brief description of the corresponding subdomain.
