Considerations Regarding Applicability of the Guidance on Transformation/Dissolution of Metals and Metal Compounds in Aqueous Media (Transformation/Dissolution Protocol)

The aim of this report is to present further considerations on the applicability of the Guidance on Transformation/Dissolution of Metals and Metal Compounds in Aquatic Media (Transformation/Dissolution Protocol: abbreviated to T/DP)1 to the generation of data for the aquatic hazard classification of metal-bearing substances. The report is based on experience gained with the ring test exercise.
