Multidimensional Fragility Dashboard

Contexts exposed to high and extreme fragility receive different volumes of concessional and non-concessional development finance, as well as other types of financial flows, such as remittances and foreign direct investment. 

Financing raised through domestic resource mobilisation is often measured through the tax-to-GDP ratio, with 15% considered as a minimum “healthy”  threshold. Financing can also be raised externally through debt, which is measured by the debt-to-GDP ratio.   

Members of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) provide support to contexts exposed to high and extreme fragility through ODA, including multilateral outflows. The levels and type of support vary by donor.
