The OECD is supporting the negotiations at the 30th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP30) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) taking place from 10-21 November with technical analysis and the participation of senior OECD officials in COP30 and related events.

Thursday 30 October
Update on: OECD contributions to assessments of progress on mobilising and aligning finance with climate goals.
Agricultural Policy Monitoring and Evaluation 2025
Covering 54 countries, the report helps benchmark countries' agricultural policies in comparison to others, as well as highlights trends in support to the sector, fostering global dialogues on useful approaches to strengthening productivity, sustainability, and resilience in agriculture.

Unpacking the USD 300 billion goal and the USD 1.3 trillion scale up call in the NCQG
This paper analyses the scope of the quantitative elements of the New Collective Quantified Goal (NCQG) and the implications for measuring progress.

Policy Inventory for Mitigation Actions in the Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use Sectors (PIMA-AFOLU)
The 2025 update of the PIMA-AFOLU data, trends note and data dashboard provides information on approximately 1 500 climate change policies in 53 countries. The database showcases the diversity of AFOLU policy mixes that are used to mitigate GHG emissions.

Wednesday 5 November
New Environment at a Glance chapter: Green Transition
Drawing on a range of OECD and IEA work the indicators in this new chapter - covering 50 countries - quantify the environmental aspects of labour markets, education systems, consumption and production patterns, investment flows, financial markets, productivity and public policy.
Thursday 6 November
The OECD’s Climate Action Monitor provides an annual comprehensive assessment of progress made by OECD and OECD partner countries towards their net-zero targets.

Guarantees and other risk mitigation instruments for clean energy
This paper explores how guarantees and other risk mitigation instruments such as insurance, hedging products and Put and Call Option Agreements, have been used in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs) to mobilise capital for renewable power and energy efficiency projects.

Climate Club 2025 Statement
The Climate Club is an open, inclusive and ambitious high-level forum for cooperation on accelerating climate action and increasing ambition, with the aim of achieving the objectives of the Paris Agreement. The Statement will set out the Club's overall direction on industrial decarbonisation and co-operation.
Climate Club Global Pledge to grow near-zero and low-emissions steel and cement markets
The Pledge commits the Climate Club’s 46 members to voluntary actions to scale up clean industrial markets through domestic policies and international co-operation.
