Talent Abroad

The OECD series Talent Abroad aims to provide an accurate, updated and dynamic picture of diasporas. Each study in the series covers a specific country of origin and looks at recent emigration flows, the number and characteristics of emigrants, as well as their economic and social integration in destination countries. Studies in the series also discuss return migration, the contribution of emigrants to the economic development of their origin country and policies aiming at fostering the engagement of emigrants with their country of origin.
