The ReICO project provides internationally comparable indicators on R&I talent and their careers to support evidence-based policymaking and research. It compiles and analyses information from multiple sources to monitor trends in research and innovation careers, employment conditions, and mobility patterns, drawing on diverse data to offer a more comprehensive view of the R&I talent landscape. ReICO places strong emphasis on data quality and comparability. A network of national contact points and an expert advisory group support the development and use of robust indicators, helping ensure that methodologies reflect best practices and align with international standards.
