The third meeting (draft agenda) of the OECD Inclusive Platform on Due Diligence Policy Co-operation will be held on 1 July 2026 at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, back-to-back with the 50th Anniversary OECD Global Forum on Responsible Business Conduct (29–30 June 2026).
The meeting will focus on identifying concrete opportunities to strengthen effectiveness and efficiency of due diligence practice through policy. It will draw on analytical work examining current uptake and practices by business and the due diligence policy landscape as a foundation for assessing where there is a need to address gaps or drive more coherent approaches. The session will contribute towards defining common understanding of key due diligence concepts, particularly how to demonstrate, monitor and evaluate whether and how company practices meet expectations across due diligence policies and legislation with varying approaches to risk.
