This report was prepared jointly by the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities (CFE) led by Lamia Kamal-Chaoui, Director, and the OECD Directorate for Public Governance (GOV) led by Elsa Pilichowski, Director, as part of the Programme of Work and Budget of the OECD Regional Development Policy Committee (RDPC) and the OECD Public Governance Committee (PGC). It results from a policy dialogue with key stakeholders from public, private and non-profit sectors across all levels of government in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
