The measures reported in this spreadsheet are based on country and jurisdiction responses to the OECD tax policy reform questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to collect information on the tax policy reforms and tax administration measures that were implemented, legislated or announced in each country or jurisdiction in 2020 and early 2021. Information on both central and sub-central tax reforms are reported in the questionnaire.
