This note provides insights and policy recommendations from the private sector on how to unlock opportunities for infrastructure development in Africa. The analysis builds on discussions which took place at the business meeting “Infrastructure and Regional Connectivity” organised by the OECD Development Centre’s Emerging Markets Network (EMnet) at the OECD headquarters in Paris on 30 October 2018, back-to-back with the International Economic Forum on Africa.
