The Compendium of Good Practices on Quality Infrastructure 2026 – Rebuilding for the Future was elaborated by the OECD Development Centre and the World Bank. At the OECD Development Centre, Ragnheiður Elín Árnadóttir, Director, oversaw the project, which was carried out under the strategic guidance of Annalisa Primi, Head of the Economic Transformation and Development Division. Setsuko Saya, Deputy Director, provided valuable support throughout the process. At the World Bank Group, the project was spearheaded by Nicolas Peltier, Senior Advisor, Transport and Logistics, Infrastructure Vice-Presidency.
