This report Citizens’ Voice in Jordan: The Role of Public Communication and Media for a More Open Government was prepared by the OECD Directorate for Public Governance (GOV), under the leadership of its Director, Elsa Pilichowski. The analysis, findings, and recommendations were developed by GOV’s Open and Innovative Government Division (OIG), under the strategic direction of Alessandro Bellantoni, Head of the Open Government Unit.
