On 29 December 2025, a former employee of Phonéo, acting in her capacity as General Secretary of the trade union office of the Moroccan Labour Union within the company, submitted a specific instance to the Moroccan NCP alleging that Phonéo, a private telecommunications company headquartered in Morocco, had not observed the Employment and Industrial Relations (Chapter V) provisions of the Guidelines.
The Moroccan NCP is currently conducting its initial assessment.
