• Fiscal and financial vulnerabilities persist, with rising sovereign bond yields reflecting higher interest rates, elevated public debt, and renewed market pressures. 
• Artificial intelligence presents both upside and downside risks, with wider diffusion supporting growth but a potential market repricing should returns fail to meet expectations.
