In 2024-2025, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), through its Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) Programme, supported the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) of Indonesia with targeted analytical reports and match-making workshops. The OECD’s work focused on two core areas:
- Advancing practical solutions for financing small-scale renewable energy projects in remote regions; and
- Unlocking investment in clean energy through guarantees and insurance.
By producing in-depth analytical reports and convening targeted workshops, the OECD brought together project developers, financiers, guarantors, development partners, policymakers and financial authorities to address key barriers, share international best practices, and foster collaboration and engagement.
