What determines whether an activity is eligible to be counted in Official Development Assistance (ODA)? This toolkit includes several examples illustrating both ODA and non ODA-eligible activities, based on rules agreed upon by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC). These examples are intended to facilitate the assessment of similar cases in the future.
