This country report is one of a set of case studies undertaken as part of the Strategic Joint Evaluation of the Collective International Development and Humanitarian Assistance Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The report looks at the ways the Netherlands’ international development and humanitarian institutions responded to the pandemic, both in terms of providing new support and in adjusting existing priorities and ways of working. It provides insights on relevance, co-ordination, timeliness and the role of monitoring and evaluation during the crisis response. It will be of interest to development partners, including those working in national governments.
