This Phase 1 Report on Chile by the OECD Working Group on Bribery evaluates and makes recommendations on the implementation of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and was adopted by the OECD Working Group on Bribery. This report was approved and adopted by the Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions on 24 August 2004.
