Pharmaceutical Expenditure Tracking, Budgeting and Forecasting in 23 OECD and EU countries

To inform an OECD project looking at how countries can predict pharmaceutical spending, the OECD launched in the spring of 2018 a survey to collect information on country practices in pharmaceutical expenditure tracking and projections, and on budget and/or expenditure cap setting. The country notes presented in this report draw on country responses and desk research.
