Under the leadership of the Working Party of Senior Public Integrity Officials, co-chaired by Silvia Spaeth (Germany) and Anne Rivera (Switzerland), the OECD Public Integrity Handbook was prepared by the Public Sector Integrity Division of the Directorate for Public Governance, under the direction of Julio Bacio Terracino. It was co-ordinated and drafted by Carissa Munro with Emilie Cazenave, under the guidance of János Bertók. Significant contributions were received by Daniel Gerson, Dawid Szescilo, Gavin Ugale, Giulio Nessi, Ina De Haan, Jael Billy, Jesper Johnson, Lisa Kilduff and Pelagia Patsoule. The OECD Public Integrity Handbook was approved by the OECD Working Party of Senior Public Integrity Officials (SPIO) on 14 February 2020 and declassified by the Public Governance Committee on 12 March 2020.
