In October 2008, the Netherlands presented its written follow-up report, outlining its responses to the recommendations adopted by the Working Group on Bribery at the time of the Netherlands‟ Phase 2 examination in June 2006. The Working Group welcomed the information provided by the Dutch authorities in the course of this exercise and recognised the Netherlands significant efforts to implement the recommendations by the Working Group.
