Sweden has taken additional steps to implement the OECD Convention since its Phase 2 examination in June 2005. The Working Group notes favourably that Sweden has put into effect a number of recommendations in the Phase 2 report. This report was approved and adopted by the Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions on 9 October 2007.
