1. This section provides a route map or action plan to facilitate the implementation of the recommendations discussed in the previous chapters. It includes a description of the recommendation, the timeframe for implementation (i.e. short-, medium-, or long-term), the responsible unit, and those that can support the implementation process. In total, only two recommendations are set to be implemented in the long-term (beyond three years), 11 in the medium-term (between one and three years), and seven in the short-term (within one year). The action plan was discussed and agreed with the main CM stakeholders.
