The report was developed by the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Division of the OECD Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs. The project was funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, and implemented by the OECD, in co-operation with the European Commission.
The report was prepared by Iota Kaousar Nassr, Aleksandra Dymacz, Moonga Chitambo Chinika, John-David Tochon, and Marcel Beer Kremnitzer, under the supervision of Fatos Koc, Head of the Financial Markets Unit, and Serdar Çelik, Head of Division. It benefited from substantial input from the Project Advisory Group, composed of representatives from Banca d’Italia (Giuseppe Grande, Luca Filidi, Mauro De Santis, Michela Marinello), the European Commission SG REFORM (Cristina Pacella) and the OECD.
