Donors

The success and ambition of the Global Forum’s capacity-building activities rely heavily on the financial support of donors and spans over its 2023-2027 multiannual strategy. The Secretariat is fully committed to contribute to enhancing domestic resource mobilisation in developing countries and to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through the implementation and use of the tax transparency standards, aligning with the financial efforts of its donors and the needs of assisted developing countries to improve revenue collection.

Partners

The Global Forum has forged robust partnerships with development organisations at both global and regional levels, thanks to its collaborative approach. Since the launch of its capacity-building programme in 2011, these partners have played a crucial role in advancing regional initiatives, facilitating training events, and developing knowledge-sharing tools designed to support developing countries. Their work also generates synergies and, in many times, complements the work of the Global Forum Secretariat.
