The event will highlight the report’s key findings, with a focus on the evolving role of capital market service providers, such as proxy advisors, ESG rating and data providers, and index providers, in influencing investor decision making and corporate governance outcomes.
The report examines how existing frameworks address conflicts of interest, disclosure and methodological transparency, and identifies emerging trends, areas of convergence and opportunities for further policy and market improvements. It covers 50 jurisdictions and includes in‑depth reviews of Belgium, Chile and India.
