The OECD's Foundations for Growth and Competitiveness initiative equips policymakers with the tools to identify growth-enhancing structural policy priorities across 38 Members and 10 key partner and accession countries.
The event will feature introductory remarks by Mathias Cormann, OECD Secretary-General, followed by a substantive presentation by the new OECD Chief Economist, Stefano Scarpetta, and a roundtable discussion with Alvaro Pereira (Governor of Bank of Portugal) and Jeromin Zettelmeyer (Director of Bruegel).
