As well as labour force, employment and unemployment statistics, the database includes both raw data and and indicators covering long time series and detailed breakdowns by individual characteristics and main job types. Data are available for all 38 OECD countries, where applicable. In addition, the database includes information for selected non-OECD countries.
The database also includes additional series on earnings dispersion and wage gaps and covers topics related to working time, and key aspects of institutional and regulatory labour market frameworks.
It is complemented by the Benefits and Wages Database, which offers a set of comparative tables that support cross-country analysis of tax-benefit systems.
