OECD survey on the use of software to automate or assist the coordination of workers and work activity

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (About | OECD) is an international organisation that works to build better policies for better lives. Our goal is to shape policies that foster prosperity, equality, opportunity and well-being for all.

This survey focuses on the use of software to automate or assist the coordination of workers and work activity, sometimes called “algorithmic management”. This is software that partially or fully automates managerial functions such as giving instructions to workers, monitoring or evaluating them.

The OECD is working together with the market research company Ipsos to carry out the survey in a number of OECD countries. 

Your participation in the survey will help to provide better information about the use of such technology. This information will help policy makers improve legislation and allow workers and employers to have a more informed discussion about the use of such technologies in the workplace. The results from this survey will be published here as soon as they become available.
