The OECD collaborates with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) to support regional development across Europe. Through analytical work, capacity-building initiatives, and technical assistance, the OECD helps governments design and implement effective regional policies. This work is funded by the EU and is aligned with DG REGIO's mission to promote economic, social, and territorial cohesion.
