The OECD will present its latest Economic Survey of Romania on Monday, 16 March 2026. The Survey looks at the country’s recent performance and how it can boost growth to build a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable economy.
OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann will present the Survey's findings alongside Romania’s Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan during press statements, delivered at 10:40 local time/ 08:40 GMT. The event will take place at the Victoria Palace (Piaţa Victoriei nr. 1, Sector 1) in Bucharest.
The press statements will be broadcast live on the official (social) media accounts of the Romanian Government. The Facebook account will provide the live broadcast of the event in Romanian, whilst the YouTube account will provide the live broadcast of the event in English.
To register and attend the launch event, journalists should send an email to presa@gov.ro, and include their full name, identity document information (series and number), contact details and media organisation, before 12 March 2026.
