The OECD’s Environment Outlook on the Triple Planetary Crisis of Climate Change, Biodiversity Loss and Pollution will be published at 11:00 CET/Paris time (10:00 GMT) on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
The new OECD Environmental Outlook offers a comprehensive assessment of the interconnected challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution. It brings together the latest modelling and analysis to show how shared socio-economic drivers shape environmental outcomes, and how these crises interact. The Outlook highlights key synergies and trade-offs between policy areas and sets out practical levers for more coherent, cross-sectoral action. It provides governments with a clear, actionable roadmap to strengthen policy alignment and deliver more effective environmental strategies.
