Children’s Health Webinar: Preparatory survey

The OECD Working Party on Exposure Assessment (WPEA) supports the organisation’s work on assessing human exposure to chemicals and chemical products. Its activities focus on developing and sharing data, methodologies, tools, and best practices to support sound chemical management and regulatory decision-making.

Within the WPEA, dedicated expert groups address specific topics related to chemical exposure. One of these groups focuses on children’s health, with particular attention to exposures affecting this vulnerable population. The sub-group provides a platform for experts to exchange knowledge, identify emerging issues, and contribute to the development of OECD guidance and resources in this area.

The survey builds on the findings of the 2021 OECD survey on gaps and needs, with a particular focus on recent developments, emerging exposure scenarios, and practical experience from regulatory, policy, and research activities. Your input will help ensure that the webinar addresses current challenges and priorities.

To capture a broad range of perspectives and expertise, we encourage individual experts to submit their own responses whenever possible, rather than a consolidated response on behalf of a delegation or organisation.
