This event will mark the release of the 2026 edition of the Ownership and Governance of State-Owned Enterprises report. The report offers new evidence on the role, performance and governance of state-owned enterprises across 58 jurisdictions, including insights from the new OECD Global SOE Dataset.
Bringing together senior government representatives and corporate executives from the SOE sector, the event will spotlight the report’s key findings and provide a forum to exchange views on policies and practices for state ownership, as well as on emerging priorities in SOE governance.
The event will be livestreamed, with opening remarks delivered by Mathias Cormann, OECD Secretary-General, followed by a presentation of the key findings by Maija Strandberg, Chair of the OECD Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices, and a high-level panel discussion moderated by Carmine Di Noia, OECD Director for Financial and Enterprise Affairs.
