The Patient-Reported Indicator Surveys (PaRIS) is the OECD’s international initiative to collect patient-reported outcomes and experiences from users of primary care, with a particular focus on people living with chronic conditions. By systematically capturing patients’ own assessments of their health and care experiences, PaRIS provides a unique and valuable perspective for assessing the performance of healthcare systems across OECD countries and beyond.
This webinar presents the findings of a new OECD policy paper based on evidence from 19 OECD countries that participated in the first cycle of PaRIS. It goes beyond the data to show how PaRIS results are being communicated, interpreted, and translated into action across diverse national contexts.
Drawing on first‑hand insights from country delegates and national project managers, the webinar explores what works when it comes to disseminating PaRIS findings, embedding them in policy and practice, and ensuring their impact is sustained over time.
The interactive panel discussion will bring these insights to life, showcasing concrete country experiences and emerging best practices for translating patient‑reported outcomes and experiences into meaningful health system improvements.
